Emilyv.xe is the creative alias for Valerie van Wijk, a content creator and photographer with a background in marketing and copywriting. After working for a B2B marketing agency for over two years, she was let go of her role as a marketing manager and copywriter. This was the necessary push she needed to pursue the creative path she had been dreaming about for years.

In December, she booked her one way ticket to travel solo around South Korea and Japan. This was the kickstart to chase here lifelong dream of making visual content for travel agencies and brands, hospitality and lifestyle brands. She doesn’t use AI tools.
